MSE Alumnus Julie P. Martin, who graduated with her B.S. in 1996, has been awarded a science and technology fellowship by the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Now a researcher for Clemson University, Martin will work with the National Science Foundation to manage initiatives that promote science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education in schools, ranging from pre-kindergarten to graduate school.
