Industry Showcase

As part of your registration, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Set up a display table to showcase your company/organization’s materials, products, or technologies
  • Interact directly with students, faculty, and other industry professionals
  • Distribute your company/organization’s literature and promotional materials
  • Demonstrate your latest innovations in materials science and engineering

Please note: Table space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is recommended to secure your spot.

Industry Registration

The registration fee of $1,000 per company/organization includes:

  • Access for up to three company or organization representatives
  • One table for showcasing your company/organization’s materials and technologies
  • Participation in all event activities
  • Lunch and refreshments
  • Exclusive networking sessions with faculty and top students

Student and Postdoc Registration

All undergraduate and graduate students and postdoctoral fellows in the MSE department are welcome to participate. Limited spots are available for students from other departments interested in materials science.

Important Information:

  • Registration is free for students and postdoctoral fellows.
  • Participants will be provided refreshments.
  • Opportunities for one-on-one conversations with industry professionals will be available.
  • Submit a proposal for the Poster Showcase (space is limited)
